Alliance Living Project – Pre-Construction Environmental Supervision

AETG was engaged by Alliance Living to provide environmental engineering oversight during the pre-construction phase of the development. Our involvement included the preparation of a Stage 3 Remediation Action Plan, followed by Stage 4 validation testing and reporting to confirm the successful remediation of the site. A detailed soil characterisation assessment was also undertaken to inform site management and ensure regulatory compliance ahead of construction commencement.
